1. Bookings & Reservations

Confirmation: Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or SMS from our team.

 

Punctuality: Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this grace period, the table may be released to walk-in guests.

 

2. Promotion & Offer Details

​

Exclusions: Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers, set menus, or loyalty programs.

 

Redemption: Offers are limited to one redemption per table, per visit, unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Alcohol Service (RSA)

​

Responsible Service: Miji Bar and Grill strictly adheres to all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws.

 

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any person showing signs of intoxication.

 

Age Verification: Valid photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID) is required for the purchase of alcohol for anyone appearing under the age of 25.
